A little bakery with big ideas (and even bigger flavour)
Founded by food artist Emily Garland, our barn-based bakery in Hertfordshire is where creativity, craftsmanship and chocolate come together.
Emily’s known for building intricate biscuit sculptures for film, TV and big-name brands. Now, assisted by Matthew Traver, a travel writer with a taste for adventure, she’s turned her hand to crafting joyful bakes that are full of flavour and free from compromise.
We only use ingredients we love and trust, like single-origin chocolate from Luker (a family-run, B Corp-certified producer in Colombia known for ethical cocoa and positive impact) and Shipton Mill flour (powered by 100% renewable energy and known for its heritage grains and regenerative farming ethos).
Every item is made by hand using carefully sourced ingredients, wrapped in plastic-free packaging, and posted straight to doors across the UK. No waste, no shortcuts, just proper treats, baked with purpose.
